Class Description: Learn the steps to making artisan breads with a sourdough, biga, sponge and/poolish. Breads we will make: Sourdough Baguette, Rye,Pumpernickle and Italian Pannatone. Join the class and take home the recipes, learn the techniques and see how to make several different loaves with one Master recipe.
