Baking Workshop

Class Description 5:00 PM
In the baking workshop you will learn techniques and tips for high altitude baking, working and rolling tart/pie dough, and learn to make a selection of yeast breads. You'll also learn how to adjust recipes for cooking dough so it doesn't puff up and then fall flat. Bring along any issues you have with baking and we'll work on them. Class will be held at The Ranch $65.00
